Your Destination Wedding and Portrait Photographer

Hi, I'm Arie,

I'm a destination wedding and portrait photographer based out of Los Angeles, CA. My professional career started while I was in college, early 2014, but my initial interest in photography began back in high-school. I was "that one friend" who always had their camera capturing snapshots of every moment.

Shortly after starting college, I rented a Canon from the school's Art Department and have stuck with it ever since. It's safe to say, that I went from getting my degree in Social Work to achieving a degree in Fine Arts. Since graduating college, I've worked for and studied under several professional portrait and wedding photographers across the US.

Since starting my career I have photographed a variety of weddings and portraits in every region of the country; ranging from traditional, non-traditional, to same-sex. I'm open to just about everything and love traveling the world!

Go ahead and send me an email. Let's talk!

F. A. Q.

How do I book a session?

First, you should get in touch with me. Once we're acquainted, I would like to set up a consultation to meet in person or via Skype/Facetime to discuss plans. The time leading up to the session or wedding is when we really get to know each other.

During this time you will get a feel as to whether we're a good fit for one another.

How much are your Portrait Sessions and Weddings?

Portrait sessions start at $350 and are 2hrs. long; Engagements, maternity, and elopements all fall under Portrait Sessions. Weddings vary. No two weddings are the same. My standard coverage starts at $1100. Again, no two weddings are the same. You may want something more, they may want something less. It’s best to talk with me to see what we can work out.

Where are you located? Do you travel?

I'm based out of Southern California, and YES I do travel for weddings. I absolutely love traveling. If I could travel and do photography, I would permanently be on Cloud 9! One of my dreams is to be a full-time Destination Portrait and Wedding Photographer.

How do you charge for Destination Weddings?

I charge based on travel requirements. If your location is more than 35 miles from me, then there are additional travel costs. As I mentioned above, every wedding is different. For Destination Weddings there are extra costs for travel and hotel accommodation that is covered by the client.

When is my payment due?

In addition to a signed contract, 50% of your agreed total cost  is required as a non-refundable retainer in order to book me for your date. This covers the planning and consultations.

Are you insured?

Yes, absolutely!
