Throughout life, we cross paths with millions of people, but there are very few who make such an impact on you that you can see yourself holding onto that connection. Tiffany is one of those people for me. My interactions with her have always been positive and have only grown stronger during the pandemic.

I struggled tremendously these past 6 months (that’s a story for a different time) and Tiffany was there offering spiritual guidance to me and plenty of others. Her weekly Zoom meditations focused on self-love, self-care, forgiveness and so much more! Needless to say, I was super excited when she said she needed photos for her brand. Her style, the music, the feng shui was nothing short of good vibes. She made our session a breeze. If I could bring her to set the mood at all my photoshoots, I promise you I would!

  • What inspired you to start your business?

My sister Simone inspired me to start my business. When Covid-19 quarantine hit Los Angeles, she aggressively and lovingly encouraged me to expand my practice with others outside of my intimate circle. She suggested I create a way to invite more people to join in my practice.

  • How long have you been offering meditation/wellness coaching?

I first started to manifest what now has become a huge aspect of my business in 2017 with a few family members and my kids. From there I expanded to try it out with close friends and that is where I unknowingly developed my structure. I have been operating as a Brand/Business since March 2020 when the pandemic made it to Los Angeles.

  • What do you believe makes you stand apart from others in the same field?

I believe I stand apart from others in the same field because I speak to my community and others like myself that grew up without access to mental health and well-being resources. I feel I can share the tools in a way that is practical for daily life without pressure for any actual goal. I keep my core values of Peace, Love, and Honor at the center of anything I do and hope that is felt by anyone I come in contact with at any given time or place.

  • How do you establish trust with your clients?

Establishing trust with my clients is a part of the Honor focus in my core values. I honor the connection, the opportunity, and the trust of each client. Making the client feel completely judgment-free and that they can do no wrong are always my intentions because it’s true in the spaces I facilitate.

  • If you had one piece of advice to someone who wants to start a business what would it be?

For me capitalism is the hard part, I’m not a money person. So to keep me motivated and believing in myself, my business has to be a passion and something I love. Figure out what you love and do it a lot.

  • How can we find you and/or possibly attend a session?
